EPSON

Richard Wells is the head of business sales for Epson in the UK and Ireland and has a vast experience covering IT channel, IT distribution and IT vendor sales operations. He leads the sales efforts of Epson’s broad range of business printer, projection and scanning solutions, managing the IT, Display and OA reseller channels, Ireland sales, end-user channel, product and business management teams. Prior to this role, which he began in October 2019, Richard had been with Epson for almost a year as the sales manager for the OA channel team.

Richard began his career in the IT reseller world, working for Danwood in Lincoln for nearly 30 years, during which he led sales efforts of business equipment and print solutions across a broad range of projects across corporate, commercial and public sectors and including: BPO, production and graphics print, partnering with IT sector and Group business development. After Danwood, Richard joined the distribution world and became the General Manager for Midwich XPS (Expert print Services) in In April 2017, where he developed a distribution MPS offering for IT & print centric organisations to drive their businesses with product solutions and services across UK.

A husband and father to three, Richard is from Norfolk and enjoys spending his time watching local sport and walking in the local area with his two dogs.

Dan Wogan is the product manager for business imaging market development at Epson UK. He has worked in the tech field for a couple of decades now, spending almost 9 years at Epson, often showcasing its latest innovations – from the CeBIT European technology show to late night on QVC. Perhaps it’s this that has led to his Epson family nickname of ‘jazz-hands’.

Originally from Sussex, both daughters born in London’s Kings College Hospital whilst living in Crystal Palace, and now located just up the road from Stonehenge, that makes him a fully-fledged southerner. To counter that, his GP Practice manager wife is from Wirral so does her best to at least keep the vowels sounding a little more Northern Powerhouse.
