Alex Tempest, MD, Wholesale and Ventures
Alex joined BT in December 2017 and is MD for Wholesale and Ventures which sits within BT's Enterprise division. She is responsible for driving growth, building long-term, sustainable market share and introducing new, disruptive technology and business models via their Partner community. These include BT's Media and Broadcast, Wholesale Mobility and Fixed sectors, the latter is where our critical relationships with the Carriers, ISP's UK Resellers, Aggregators and IT Service Providers are managed. Prior to this Alex was Director of Partners for TalkTalk Business and has also held senior and pivotal roles at Juniper Networks and Alcatel Telecom Limited.

Gavin Jones, Channel Director, Wholesale
Gavin joined BT back in 2007 from his previous role as Verizon’s Sales Director for the Partner and Indirect Channel. Since then he has held roles leading our Mobile and Media & Broadcast sectors before becoming Channel Director for our Fixed Network Operators in 2020. Gavin is committed to helping our Channel Partners successfully navigate the changing digital landscape.  

Georgina Williams, Director, Voice and Collaboration
Georgina Williams is the Director of Product for Voice and Collaboration products at BT Enterprise serving all UK Business and Wholesale customers. She is passionate about technology innovation and using agile practices to create fantastic products and experiences. Prior to joining BT, Georgina was a Financial Analyst for Goldman Sachs.

Paul Beacham, Senior Manager, Data Networking Portfolios
During Paul’s career at BT he has held a number of roles across market development, sales and product development through to his current role heading up the Data Networking Portfolio for BT Enterprise. The majority of Paul’s career has been spent operating in the Wholesale Channel which is a passion of his, as he believes it will play a pivotal role in both the digital transformation and fibre enablement of the UK. 

Nick Wooten, Mobile Virtual Network Operators Director
Nick joined BT Wholesale in 2017 as our Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNO) Director. His early career included leading network capacity planning and as part of the central strategy team at Orange, before moving across various different MVNO roles in operations, commercial and sales at both Orange and EE. Nick is passionate about innovation and supporting other brands to grow in the IoT and the Business Mobile markets.

Jamie Hayes, Mobile Network Operators Director
Jamie joined BT in 2017 and now leads our Wholesale Mobile Network Operator’s Division. Prior to this he held a number of global leadership roles at Ericsson including: Sales Director and Transformation Director. A technologist at heart, Jamie is passionate about innovation and how it can empower people and businesses to reach their full potential.
