MEET THE TEAM

Paul North, Head of Regional Sales, CityFibre
As Head of Regional Sales for CityFibre’s wholesale business, Paul North works on a daily basis with partners to accelerate their business growth. He is a passionate advocate and evangelist for full fibre connectivity and the value it delivers to business and the economy. Paul has more than 14 years’ experience working in connectivity, having joined the business in a technical support role ahead of various positions in sales and as a key member of the wholesale commercial management team.

Lee Hill, Pre-Sales Technical Manager – Wholesale, CityFibre
As Pre-Sales Technical Manager within CityFibre’s wholesale business, Lee Hill is responsible for an experienced team of specialists who provide high quality pre-sales service and support to CityFibre partners. He has been with the organisation for seven years, having joined in a pre-sales technical role in 2014. In total, Lee has more than two decades of experience in technical pre-sales, and during this time has accumulated a deep knowledge and insight into communications solutions and technologies.

Richard Thomas, Business Development Consultant – Wholesale, CityFibre
Richard joined CityFibre’s wholesale team in September 2020, as a result of the company’s continued programme of investment in developing and supporting its partner business. He brings more than a decade of experience in account management to this new post, including a three-and-a-half year spell within the channel as a Solutions Account Manager.

Martin Pedler, Carrier & National Sales Manager – Wholesale, CityFibre
As Carrier and National Sales Manager for the wholesale business, Martin Pedler works with national carriers, service providers, and network operator customers to ensure that they can make the most of  CityFibre’s continued investment and build programme to build, grow and develop their business. He has been in this important role since June 2020, prior to which he spent three years as a Business Development Manager at CityFibre. In total he has more than 20 years of experience working in wholesale business development roles.

Andrew Wilson, Head of Wholesale, CityFibre
Andrew Wilson took up this key post with CityFibre in September 2019. He is responsible for directing and managing the company’s day to day business wholesale division and shaping its channel partner go to market strategy. With more than two decades of experience working in partner-facing roles and senior management positions, Andrew is a well-known and highly-respected figure in the IT and comms channel. He has strong and proven leadership skills and insight into key markets and technologies, which he is using to positive effect at CityFibre in spearheading the continued development of the company’s partner relationships and business division. 

Kevin McDonnell, Network Solutions Sales Specialist – Wholesale, CityFibre
In this key customer-facing position, Kevin McDonnell is a vital link between CityFibre’s major customers and its Wholesale team. He works closely with partners on strategic business development to ensure they receive all the support they require and are able to take full advantage of the significant opportunities generated by CityFibre’s ongoing full fibre investment programme. Kevin has been with CityFibre more than 13 years. During this time, he has gained an unrivalled depth of knowledge and experience of channel partner business development.
